Dr. Sterlin holds a post doctorate from NIST, Washington DC, USA and a Ph.d from Banaras University. His specialisation is in the field of Hydrogen Storage & Materials for sustainable technologies. He is a recipient of Fullbright scholarship and has been part of funded research project s at India and USA.
In this webinar, Dr. Sterlin outlines the current energy needs at a global perspective along with future trends and the energy sources utilised to meet the demand. Hydrogen as a energy source is explored in detail and various aspects of production, storage, emission and safety issues of Hydrogen is comprehensively explained. The utilisation of Hydrogen as a source to power automobiles is explored in detail with respect to mobility, safety and cost aspects.
