Department of Placement and Training of Annai Vailankanni College of Engineering organized a one-week training program on Employability Skills in association with Naandi Foundation - Titan LeAP for the eligible final year students at our college (from 22/02/2021 to 27/02/2021) in the college premises.

The training program has been split into two phases, Mr. Harinath Babu and Mr. Ponniwalavan are the professional trainers for Interview skills (Phase I: 22/02/2021 to 24/02/2021) and Quantitative aptitude (Phase II: 25/02/2021 to 27/02/2021) respectively. The program was coordinated by Mr. M. Vadivel Subhash (Placement Officer).

The inaugural session of the program started with a prayer song followed by lighting the kuthuvilakku by dignitaries. Mr. M. Vadivel Subhash extend a warm welcome to Mr. Harinath Babu, Naandi Foundation, college Principal and other dignitaries. The Presidential address was given by our Principal Dr. A. Benham. He encouraged our students through the energetic words of Osho. Vote of thanks was proposed by our Vice Principal Dr. G. Gaswin Castro and ended with National Anthem.


Mr. Harinath Babu gave training on Interview skills with interaction during every session for the first three days (22/02/2021 to 24/02/2021). The students actively participated in individual and group activities.

At the end of the first three days Soft Skills Program, Ms. C. Mary Stephy, IV Year/Civil have received Overall Best Student Award and Mr. M. Anish Thompson, IV Year/Mechanical have received Active Participant Award from our Principal and Mr. Harinath Babu.


The Quantitative Aptitude phase for three days (25/02/2021 to 27/02/2021) was conducted by Mr. Ponniwalavan of Naandi Foundation.

At the end of Quantitative Aptitude phase Mr. T. Arumugam IV year/EEE and Ms. A. Abishaneya IV year/CSE have received Active Participant Award from Mr. Ponniwalavan and the Principal.
