Workshop on "Domain Selection & Skill Enhancement"

Domain Selection & Skill Enhancement Program was organized on 18^th August 2026 by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, in association with the AI Innovators Club. Ms. Pavithra, Lead Engineer, Anshos Tech, is the resource person. The workshop was designed to help students understand different emerging technology and select a suitable domain based on their interests, skills and career aspirations. Students were introduced to IoT & Embedded Systems, AI & Machine Learning, Video Analytics, DevOps, Cloud Technology, Web Development, App Development and Blockchain. The programme provided students with valuable insights into industry requirements, current technologies, skill-development pathways and career opportunities.

Students expressed their interest in pursuing domain-specific projects, internships, certifications, workshops and hands-on training. The Program successfully provided students with valuable guidance on technology domain selection, project development and career planning. Overall, the programme motivated students to make informed decisions about their technical specialization, develop relevant skills, undertake innovative projects and prepare themselves for internships, higher studies and industry careers. The programme also strengthened the activities of the AI Innovators Club by encouraging continuous technical learning and innovation.
