One Day workshop on ‘NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING’

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Annai Vailankanni College of Engineering, AVK Nagar, Pottalkulam, Kanyakumari District organized a One Day workshop on ‘Non-Destructive Testing’ in association with IMAYA International Institute of NDT, Tirunelveli on October 10, 2021. Dr. J. Sunil, Dean (Research) & HOD/ME delivered the welcome address. Dr. A. Benham, Principal delivered the presidential address and suggested that each individual should have great knowledge, observation and inference on each method. Er. M. Muthuraj, Chief Educator, Er. S. Arun Kumar, Er. Vinoth & Er. George Francis, IMAYA International Institute of NDT, Tirunelveli conducted the hands-on sessions to the students, the entire workshop focused on giving hands-on experience to the Mechanical, EEE & Civil Engineering department students on NDT. 

75 students from Mechanical, EEE and Civil Engineering departments participated in this workshop. Mr. J. Jayakumar, HOD/EEE & ECE, delivered the vote of thanks. The coordinator, Lt. C. Jegathesan made all the arrangements for the successful conduct of the workshop.
