The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Annai Vailankanni College of Engineering, conducted
A One Day Webinar on “NEURAL NETWORK” on 20th February,2024 to create a
platform to enhance the technical skills of the students on latest
technology. Dr. ANGELINE PRABAVATHY, principal, AVCE inaugurated
the webinar and also motivated the students with his speech and explained
that these kinds of webinars are beneficial for their upcoming
placements and technical knowledge. Mrs.B.JENEFA, HOD/AI introduced the
resource person. DR.J.JAGANNATHAN M.Tech,Ph.D, Department of Software and System
Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology,Katpadi,Vellore is the resource
person. Mrs.Nishanthini, Coordinator, welcomed the gathering. He also explained that Neural Networks
are used in Oncology to train algorithms that can identify cancerous tissue at
the microscopic level at the same accuracy as trained physicians. Finally the
session ended with vote of thanks.
