The Anti-Drug Club of AVCE organized
a “ANTI DRUG AWARENESS ” Program on 22-11-2024. The programme was conducted in the AVCE
auditorium. The resource persons for the program was Mrs.Elcy Rebecca Administrative secretary and Mrs.Kanaka Prathap, NLP
Trainer from JMAADD(Jesuit Ministry to Alcohol and Drug Dependents), Mr.
N.Manikandan, ADC Coordinator, organized the event. Mrs. C.Priscilla Packia
Slacer, ADC Asst Coordinator gave the welcome address, and Ms. Tharshini, II
Year Mechanical, gave the vote of thanks. She insist that Public awareness
campaigns keep people informed about drug use trends and the associated health
consequences, which are crucial for prevention and support. Students in their Final,
third and second years of mechanical engineering, Biomedical, Civil, &
M.B.A. registered for the event, and approximately 70 students attended the workshop.
